I live in Santa Barbara, California. I’m married to my high school sweetheart and we have two incredible grown children; a son and a daughter.
I’m a card carrying Anthroposophist which means that I follow the spiritual philosophy of Rudolf Steiner. Our daughter is a Eurythmist and our son has the creative mind of an artist mixed with the imagination of an adlib comedian. Both of them were educated in a Waldorf school and our garden is biodynamic.
I’ve created workshops to explore obstacles that keep people from realizing successful outcomes. By creating goals that are rooted in a foundation of personal values, intentions are formed using various tools. I love working with communication and the different perceptions exposing our own deep seeded belief systems that color understanding. If I can give rise to consciousness, if only to crack the mind open just a tad, I will have served in the highest form possible.
I’m an artist and love all crafts made by the hand. I work with the elementals and give birth to fantastical nature fairies. Nothing soothes me more than sitting down in my workshop in front of my collection of feathers, wools, and plant findings to watch a fairy emerge from nature’s wonders.
Making jewelry is another passion. Working with gems, pearls, and crystals I capture the essence of the four elements in color, soul qualities, and bling!
And last, but certainly not least, I am a writer. I paint words on paper and love to capture moments with vivid pictures, feelings, and truth.
A friend of mine once said she has a charmed life. She lives in a realm of gratitude where blessings aren’t taken for granted but, never the less, are expected. I live in that world too.
